All services at QBO Cleanups are billed on a flat-fee basis, never hourly, so you always know exactly what to expect. Your monthly fee is based on the specific services you need, such as clean-up work, monthly bookkeeping, advisory support, or add-ons like payroll and 1099 filing.

QBO Cleanups does not prepare or file tax returns, but we play a vital role in making your tax process faster, smoother, and more accurate. By keeping your income and expenses properly categorized and fully reconciled, we help ensure you don’t miss out on valuable deductions or overpay on taxes.
With clean, organized books, your tax preparer can file more efficiently, often reducing their preparation time (and your bill).
We take your privacy seriously. All client communication and document sharing is done through our secure Client Portal (Financial Cents), which uses OpenSSL technology with AES-256 and AES-128 encryption to keep your information safe. Through the portal, you can upload sensitive documents, chat with us directly, clarify transactions, and access reports, all in one place.
Many clients also choose to grant us view-only bank access, which allows us to retrieve statements and check images securely without the ability to make changes or transfer funds. This helps us keep your records accurate while maintaining full protection over your accounts.

We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and currently provide full-service support for QBO users. We’re also exploring support for AccountingSuite, a cloud-based platform with a dashboard similar to QuickBooks Desktop, for clients who prefer a desktop-style interface with modern cloud functionality.
